    In recent years, with the rise of the concept of the Internet of Things, electronic products continue to develop in the direction of thinness, flexibility, functionality and ultra-low power consumption, paper-based electronic technology and special functional electronic circuits have come into being


    Recently, the Zhang Zhiyong Research Group of Peking University cooperated with the Zhao Jianwen Research Group of the Suzhou Institute of Nanotechnology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to prepare carbon nanotube thin film transistors on a paper substrate by using the advantages of high carbon nanotube switching ratio, good chemical stability, high mechanical strength, and quasi-one-dimensional structure

    The results are titled "Ultralow-power and radiation-tolerant complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor electronics utilizing enhancement-mode carbon.

    This work has been supported by the National Key Research and Development Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Natural Science Foundation of China, which fully demonstrates the great advantages of carbon nanotube materials in low power consumption and anti-irradiation characteristics, and is expected to be applied to low-power wearable Internet of Things devices and deep space exploration
