Zhejiang Ningbo "Food Safety Compulsory Course" launched the school safety education platform

Recently, the 2022 Ningbo Campus Food Safety Knowledge Lecture, hosted by the Propaganda Department of the Ningbo Municipal Committee of the CPC Zhejiang Province, the Ningbo Municipal Market Supervision Bureau and other departments, was launched on the "School Safety Education Platform" for the first time, and became a compulsory safety course
for young children and primary school students in grades 1 to 3 in the city.

The recording site of the lecture was held in the Ningbo Eastern New Town Center Kindergarten, and three groups of speakers shared relevant knowledge such as food safety and food conservation with the kindergarten children from the two dimensions of theory and experiment, and conducted interaction with scientific experiments on the spot

In daily life, beverages are loved by children, but the nutritional function of most beverage products is deficient, and even have a negative impact
on the health and eating habits of children and adolescents.
In the small experiment session of popular science, the preacher popularized the experimental interaction methods such as measuring the sugar content of common beverages through a Brix meter, flavor identification experiment and pigment adsorption experiment, so that children could have an in-depth understanding of beverage ingredients and develop good eating habits
of drinking less or no beverages.

It is reported that this event is the second stop
of the first market supervision youth food safety propaganda group.
This year, the first youth food safety publicity group established by the Ningbo Market Supervision Bureau from the young cadres under the age of 35 in the whole system has successively gone to schools, rural areas and communities to carry out food safety knowledge publicity, advocate scientific diet, healthy life, and enhance the public's sense of food safety and security
