On July 13, 2021, Zheng Jusheng's research group at West Lake University published the latest results on personalized nutrition intervention in The Journal of Nutrition, a classic nutrition journal with a century-old history.
West Lake University postdoctoral fellows Ma Yue, Fu Yuanqing, and 2019 doctoral student Tian Yunyi are the co-first authors of the paper, and Dr.

In recent years, people have been arguing over which of the high fat, low carbohydrate diet (HF-LC) diet or the low fat, high carbohydrate diet (LF-HC) model is more important.
Traditional nutritional interventions are mainly based on randomized controlled trials to explore the impact of food or nutrients on health status or disease risk factors.
