    Content Introduction Chinese Abstract: Objective: To investigate the role of long non-coding RNAs (LncRNAs) with copy number variation (CNV) in bladder cancer

    Methods: Comprehensive bioinformatics analysis was performed on the mRNA, DNA methylation and DNA copy number data of 408 bladder cancer patients in The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database, and different subtypes, differentially expressed lncRNAs and coding genes were screened.
    The weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) method was used to identify co-expressed genes and lncRNA modules
