　　Recently, the Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau organized food safety supervision and sampling , and selected biscuits , catering food , tea and related products, roasted seeds and nuts products , egg products , starch and starch products , cakes , cocoa and roasted coffee products, sugar , edible 755 batches of samples of 13 categories of food, including agricultural products , edible oil , oils and fats and their products, aquatic products and beverages , etc.
, were detected in 6 categories of foods, including biscuits, catering food, cakes, edible agricultural products, edible oil, oils and fats and their products and beverages 23 batches of samples failed

Unqualified items involve total bacterial count, coliform, yeast, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, aflatoxin B1, cadmium (calculated as Cd), lead (calculated as Pb), nitrite (calculated as NO2-), dehydrogenation Acetic acid and its sodium salt (calculated as dehydroacetic acid), ethyl maltol, acid value (calculated as fat), anionic synthetic detergent (calculated as sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate), etc. .
