Unqualified food involves yeast, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, abamectin, imidacloprid, chlorpyrifos, phoxim, enrofloxacin, florfenicol, clenbuterol, lead (in terms of Pb), nitrite (Calculated by NO2-), sorbic acid and its potassium salt (calculated by sorbic acid), residual aluminum (dry sample, calculated by Al), reducing sugar content, alcohol content and other indicators
