In this period, the city-level food supervision and sampling inspection of soybean products, bee products, pastries, grain processing products, noodles and flour products, sugar, edible oil, grease and its products, vegetable products, potatoes and puffed foods, fruit products, condiments, pickled vegetables, finished vegetables, rice and other 14 types of food a total of 200 batches of samples
.
According to the national food safety standard inspection and judgment, 198 batches were qualified and 2 batches were unqualified (see the annex for the details of the sampling inspection
).
Among them, qualified foods include: 58 batches of rice, 64 batches of edible oil, grease and their products, 20 batches of condiments, 5 batches of noodles and noodle products, 5 batches of pickled vegetables, 10 batches of finished vegetables, 2 batches of soybean products, 1 batch of bee products, 5 batches of pastries, 2 batches of grain processed products, 3 batches of sugar, 6 batches of vegetable products, 5 batches of potatoes and puffed foods, 6 batches of fruit products, and 6 batches

Non-conforming food includes: 1 batch of pastry, 1 batch
of edible oil, grease and its products.

Analysis of unqualified items

 

Peroxide values are an indicator of how oxidized fats and fatty acids are, and are used to indicate whether a sample has deteriorated

The peroxide value reflects the degree of rancidity of
the oil.

taste.
Under normal circumstances, a slight increase in peroxide value will not cause damage to human health, but if serious deterioration occurs, the aldehydes, ketones and acids produced will destroy fat-soluble vitamins, resulting in gastrointestinal discomfort and diarrhea
