These products are delivering exceptional value to our customers with superior performance and benefits and better sustainable features.
    Dow's award-winning technologies include:
1, the first polyethylene molding material for 3D printing IMAGIN3D™ polyethylene OBC
IMAGIN3D™ polyethylene OBC is the first polyethylene molding material for 3D printing, with excellent performance of polyolefin materials, without the problems that often occur in 3D printed polypropylene materials.
    2, SYL-OFF™SL-25 desalination agent
for efficient labeling production of Dow's off-form agent developed by Dow's high-performance silicone business unit SYL-OFF™SL-25 desalination agent is mainly used in conjunction with SYL-OFF™organizer, crosslinking agent, catalyst, in the rapid coating and labeling. The SYL-OFF™SL-25 provides stable peeling characteristics and helps maintain good fixed performance during high-speed labeling operations at different stripping speeds. This off-form agent reduces platinum use, achieves better cost-effectiveness, minimizes VOC emissions, and is suitable for a wide range of substrate types used in a wide range of label production.
    3, Heinette ™ MS-4007 injection-moldable optical silicone
for Eton Ephesus Lumadapt 8 series sports ground large-scale lighting: heinette ™ MS-4007 injection-moldable optical silicone developed by Dow's high-performance silicone business unit to support led lighting for high-end cars, outdoor buildings, indoor lighting. This well-designed next-generation injection-molded optical silicone is highly flexible for a wide range of design applications, withstands long-term exposure in high-light tx density environments, and provides excellent photothermal stability, laying the foundation for breakthrough lighting innovations such as Ephesus lighting systems for stadiums and casual lighting. Eaton Ephesus LumAdapt 8 optical systems have a maximum light flow of up to 50,000 lumines, and their custom optics allow dynamic beam adjustment in sports competitions and architectural lighting for precise control of lighting levels and enhanced audience experience. As an innovation leader, Dow is constantly working to provide injection-molded optical silicones with the same optical properties as glass to meet the needs of our customers.
    4, GREAT STUFF™ SMART DISPENSER™
is a patented material conveyor that meets the increased demand for single-group polyurethane foams from customers in the construction and engineering industries. This innovative technology allows foam products to be reused over a period of up to 30 days, allowing customers to precisely control dosing, eliminating the problem of previous dispenser drops and improving ergonomics. GREAT STUFF™ SMART DISPENSER™ combines Dow's expertise in materials science and product design to provide customers with a better experience with market-leading foam products. Dow and DuPont were both nominated for the R.D. 100 award as part of the development of THEAT STUFF™ SMART DISPENSER™, which combined Dow with DuPont to become Dow DuPont.
