    UV adhesive with high efficiency, environmental protection, energy saving and so on in the adhesive industry more and more attention, involved in the application of more and more fields. Experiments show that LuCure8674 has the following characteristics.

In the experiment, we applied the glue layer of the resin LuCure8674 between the transparent PC and the PC, PC and PVC, and bonded it. After UV curing, the PC adhesive PC shear strength can reach 9.2MPa and pc stickYPVC shear strength can reach 8.5MPa. From the experimental data, it can be seen that LuCure8674 has excellent plastic bonding strength.

The mature formulation system with LuCure8674 as the main body tested 1000h at 85 degrees C/85% RH, with no change in the glue layer and a slight decrease in bonding strength. In the test of the performance of boiling water, the glue layer will not appear the phenomenon of fog whitening. A series of tests have shown that the LuCure8674 has outstanding high temperature and humidity resistance to meet the needs of a wide range of high-end applications.

    many UV adhesive resins have some compatible problems, and resin or monosome compatible is the problem of fogging, transparency decline. LuCure8674 is compatible with a variety of monosomes (e.g. IBOA, THFA, ACMO, etc.), and is compatible with most acrylic resins, the system is clear and transparent after mutual dissolution, there will be no turbidity, layering and other phenomena.

    many good toughness, high elongation rate of adhesive resins have the problem of slow curing speed, low cross-link density, and LuCure8674 has a good reaction activity, in 500mJ/cm2 energy can be dried, and has a high double-bond conversion rate, can meet the traditional mercury lamp and LED light source curing requirements, has a very wide construction window.
