    Recently, the research team of the School of Life Sciences of Anhui University has made new progress in the field of reuse of distiller's grains resources


    Liquor grains are a by-product of liquor brewing


    The research team first screened and obtained 5 functional microorganisms from the samples at the high temperature stage of composting of white distiller's grains, and prepared them into a mixed inoculum, which was applied to the pretreatment of white distiller's grains
