Introduction

• Exterior wall latex paint is a kind of water-based acid rain and corrosion-resistant latex paint.
  It belongs to the type of water-based latex paint and is an environmentally friendly exterior wall paint.
  It has early water resistance, acid rain resistance, corrosion resistance, and good stain resistance; water is used as a medium, with very low or no VOC emissions and no pollution.
  It is a green product.

Production Method

• Preparation of dispersion slurry : According to the formula (parts by mass), mix pigments, fillers, dispersants, wetting agents, defoamers, anti-mold preservatives, and 90%-95% water, and disperse at a speed of 1500-3000r/min.
  ~ 15min, and then sand mill for 20-40min at a speed of 2000~4000r/min to make the system fineness less than 30pm, and filter to obtain a dispersed slurry.
  
• Finished product : After adding formula (parts by mass) of defoamer to the dispersed slurry for defoaming, add formula (parts by mass) of emulsion, film-forming aids and thickeners to adjust the viscosity to 80-95KU, Then add the remaining water to make the exterior wall latex paint.
