For the first time, the molecular map of lung adenocarcinoma was described from the protein level system, and the molecular characteristics closely related to the prognosis of patients were found, especially the mutation population of two major genes (TP53 and EGFR) of lung adenocarcinoma in Chinese population was found The protein molecular characteristics of.the researchers used proteome expression profile data to classify lung adenocarcinoma into three proteomic subtypes.among them, type I is closely related to cell metabolism and tumor microenvironment.
