Original: Homemade date paste, sweet and delicious without any additives, suitable for making a variety of snacks and small snacks
I always think that the date paste bought outside is too sweet, so I want to make it at home, and today I will share with you the family version of the date paste
Ingredients used: 500 g dates, 60 g butter (or 60 g corn oil), 100 g maltose
Step 1: Wash the 500 grams of dates, cut them into small pieces with scissors, so that they are easy to cook when cooking, add the right amount of water to the pot after all the cuts, and put the cut dates into it
Step 2: Put the cooked dates into a cooking cup and use a hand-held cooking stick to make a puree, or use a blender to make a puree, and add the right amount of water
Step 3: Mash it into a paste and put it into the filter plug to filter it, so that the date paste is more delicate
Step 4: Put the boiler's good date paste into a non-stick pot, simmer slowly over low heat until the state in the picture below can add 60 grams of butter
Step 5: Stir constantly after adding the butter so that the butter and date paste are fully fused, and then add 100 grams of maltose
Step 5: Put it on the plate after doing it, cover it with plastic wrap to cool it naturally, make it into the shape of a small ball after cooling, and put it in the refrigerator to eat and take it
