In accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementation regulations, combined with the relevant requirements of the Notice of the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau on Carrying out Special Supervision and Sampling of Food Safety in Agricultural (Fair) Markets During and Before and After the National Day Holiday, 10 batches of special supervision and sampling inspection of food safety in agricultural (fair) markets during and before and after the National Day holiday were recently organized; As well as daily sampling inspection (grain processed products, edible oil, grease and its products, pastries, fried foods and nut products, soy products, dairy products, alcohol, beverages, potatoes and puffed foods, condiments, sugar, egg products, vegetable products, meat products, frozen drinks, quick-frozen food, aquatic products, health food, edible agricultural products, catering food) and other 22 types of food 641 batches, sampling inspection items qualified samples 638 batches, unqualified samples 13 batches

According to the national food safety standards, if an individual item is unqualified, its product is judged to be unqualified product

The information of the 11th phase of supervision and sampling inspection is disclosed as follows:

Specific circumstances

 

A total of 651 batches of samples were sampled in this period, including: 8 batches of processed grain products, 23 batches of edible oil, grease and their products, 30 batches of alcohol, 5 batches of convenience food, 3 batches of fried food and nut products, 3 batches of potatoes and puffed foods, 1 batch of egg products, 4 batches of soy products, 2 batches of dairy products, 73 batches of condiments, 3 batches of sugar, 4 batches of frozen drinks, 11 batches of quick-frozen foods, 70 batches of vegetable products, 11 batches of aquatic products, 34 batches of pastries, 48 batches of meat products, 25 batches of beverages, 30 batches of health food, 2 batches of food additives, 142 batches of edible agricultural products, and 119 batches
of catering food.

 

Among them, 638 batches were qualified (see Annex 1); 13 batches of unqualified products: 2 batches of unqualified bottled pure water, the unqualified items were Pseudomonas aeruginosa; 1 batch of unqualified pastries, the unqualified item is peroxide value; 4 batches of unqualified edible agricultural products, the unqualified items were sodium 4-chlorophenoxyacetate, sodium pentachlorophenolate (based on pentachlorophenol), enrofloxacin; 6 batches of unqualified catering food, the unqualified item is coliform? (See annex 2).

 

2.
Disposal

 

Our bureau has requested the department responsible for verification and disposal to start the verification and disposal work immediately after receiving the report of the unqualified product, take measures such as removing the unqualified product from the shelf, recalling, and suspending the sale in accordance with the law, and further investigate and dispose of
the unqualified product in accordance with the law.
