The design and production scale of the project is 20,000 tons/year of water-based industrial coatings (6,000 tons of water-based acrylic nano-coatings, 3,000 tons of water-based polyurethane graphene coatings, 3,000 tons of water-based epoxy graphene slurry coatings, and 3,000 tons of water-based UV light-curable coatings.
In addition, the project also includes 30,000 tons of water-based nano ink colorants, 22,000 tons of resins (including: 8,000 tons of water-based acrylate emulsions, 4,000 tons of water-based acrylic dispersion resins, 4,000 tons of water-based acrylic modified alkyd resins, 30,000 tons of water-based inorganic silicone resins and 3,000 tons of polyester resins), 8,000 tons of additives (including: 3,000 tons of water-based acrylate additives, 1,000 tons of polyether modified additives, and 1,000 tons of modified silicone oil additives) tons, wax pulp additives 30,000 tons); diluent 4,000 tons and curing agent 3,000 tons
According to the data, water-based industrial coatings are widely used in bridges, steel structures, ships, electromechanical, steel and other fields, and are also substitutes for oil-based industrial coatings; high-solid coatings are mainly used in the automotive industry, especially as topcoats and mid-coats for cars.
