    the ligation of the !-----context sphincter (LIFT) and the promotion of the flap (AF) is an effective treatment for Crohn's disease fistula, which can be used to retain sphincter retention of high fistulastudy to assess the outcome of LIFT and AF of Crohn's high fistulaMethods This study included all continuous Crohn's patients over the age of 18 who received LIFT or AF treatment between January 2007 and February 2018the main clinical outcomes are clinical healing, and secondary outcomes include radiation therapy, relapse, postoperative incontinence, and Vaizey incontinence scoresresults were not significantly higher clinical cure rate after LIFT than AFthe overall radiation cure rate for both methods was low (LIFT 52.6% VS AF 47.6%)the recurrence rates ofwere comparable: 21.1% and 19.0%, respectivelyin AF, the clinical cure rate of treatment with anti-tumor necrosis factor/immunomodulator s75.0% vs 37.5% ;pThe incidence of new postoperative incontinence afterLIFT was 15.8% and the occurrence after AF was 21.4%interesting, 47.4% of patients had an improvement in their postoperative Vaizey score (LIFT: 52.9%, AF: 42.9%)conclusions LIFT and AF can effectively close the high fistula of Crohn's disease, however, a difference was found between clinical cure rates and radiation cure rates
