Case 1 Xu Moufeng operated a frozen tripe imported without inspection and quarantine

In April 2020, law enforcement officers of the Jiaxing Market Supervision Bureau seized 133 boxes of unbleached frozen tripe slaughtered in Brazil totaling 3,621.

from the cold storage on the first floor of a food company in Zhejiang District, Xiuzhou District.
After investigation, the tripe involved in the case was not inspected and quarantined, and the behavior of the four parties violated the law, and in September 2021, they were sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment ranging from one year and four years to three years, and fined between 100,000 yuan and 400,000 yuan
.

Case 2 A fresh supermarket in Haiyan County operated food that was expressly prohibited from production and operation

At the end of January 2021, law enforcement officers of the Haiyan County Market Supervision Bureau found that a total of 12.

of basa fish fillets from Vietnam were contained in the cold storage of a fresh supermarket in Haiyan County.
The relevant person in charge of the supermarket cannot provide the inspection and quarantine certificate, nucleic acid test certificate, disinfection certificate and cold chain food traceability code

In accordance with the relevant laws, the bureau imposed a fine

Case 3 A frozen food merchant in Tongxiang City did not check the relevant licenses for purchase

On December 25, 2021, law enforcement officers of the Tongxiang Market Supervision Bureau found that there were 5 boxes of imported cold chain frozen basa fish fillets of imported cold chain basa fish with a total of 50 kg in the cold storage of a frozen food commercial house in the jurisdiction, but the name, address and contact information of the domestic agent were not indicated, and the "Zhejiang cold chain" code was not assigned into the warehouse

According to the relevant law, the bureau issued a warning to the person concerned and fined him 6,000 yuan

Case 4 A restaurant in Pinghu City purchased and used food raw materials that did not meet the standards

On August 6, 2021, when law enforcement officers of the Pinghu Market Supervision Bureau inspected a restaurant in Zhongdai Street, a box of frozen sweet shrimp was found in its refrigerator freezer, and there was no product Chinese information label
on the product.
According to the law, the bureau imposed a penalty
of confiscating the frozen sweet shrimp and fining the person concerned 5,000 yuan.

Case 5 A meat food factory in Haining City violated food safety management regulations

On June 22, 2021, when law enforcement officers of the Haining Market Supervision Bureau inspected a meat food factory in Haining City, they found that the person in charge could not provide the purchase voucher and other relevant certificates of the imported "2437 Niulin Xiaolong" beef that had been used, and the above-mentioned imported beef was not entered through the "Zhejiang cold chain" system

Case 6 A food company in Jiaxing City sold frozen pork bones that exceeded the expiration date

On April 15, 2021, when law enforcement officers from the Jiaxing Market Supervision Bureau inspected the store and frozen warehouse of a food company in the city, they found that two workers were cutting a batch of frozen pig front leg bones originating in Germany for sale, 10 of which had exceeded their expiration date
