The Institute of Agricultural Quality Standards and Detection Technology of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Beijing University of Chemical Technology have developed a new type of DNA tetrahedral nano-fluorescent probe, which has been successfully applied to the regulation ability and mechanism of allicin on the redox level of the body
Allicin is an organic sulfur compound formed by the decomposition and synthesis of alliin catalyzed by alliinase in garlic.
The nano-fluorescent probes constructed in this study can image multiple targets in living cells and experimental animals, which can be used to deeply understand the molecular interaction mechanism in living cells and living bodies.
