    Food Partner Network News Recently, the Shanghai Municipal Administration for Market Regulation released the 42nd provincial food safety sampling information in 2022, which involves 5 major categories of food, including: starch and starch products, grain processing products, dairy products, sugar and edible agricultural products
    .
    A total of 515 batches of samples were sampled, including 512 batches that passed and 3 batches
    that failed.

    The sampling information showed that the unqualified samples were 3 batches of edible agricultural products, and the residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs were detected, namely:

    The chicken hair vegetables sold by Wang Weiwei, Anshan Road Branch of Shanghai Yangpu Vegetable Market Operation and Management Co.
    , Ltd.
    , acetamiprid exceeded the standard;

    Shanghai Hema Network Technology Co.
    , Ltd.
    Baoshan Second Branch sold fresh Roche marsh shrimp, enrofloxacin exceeded the standard;

    The crucian carp sold by Penglian Dream Generation Supermarket in Huaxin Town, Qingpu District, Shanghai, Enrofloxacin exceeded the standard
    .

    Acetamiprid is a nicotinic insecticide, which has the effect of killing, gastric poisoning and systemic effects, and has a good control effect
    on thrips.
    A small amount of residue will not cause acute poisoning in the human body, but long-term consumption of food with acetamiprid exceeding the standard may have a certain impact
    on human health.
    The National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limit of Pesticides in Food (GB 2763-2021) stipulates that the maximum residue limit value of acetamiprid in chicken hair vegetables is 1mg/kg
    .
    The reason for the excess of acetamiprid residue may be that in order to quickly control pests, increase the dosage or fail to comply with the picking interval regulations, resulting in excessive residue in the
    marketed products.

    Enrofloxacin belongs to the fluoroquinolone class, which is a class of synthetic broad-spectrum antibacterial drugs, which are used to treat skin infections and respiratory infections in animals, and are exclusive to animals
    .
    The National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limit of Veterinary Drugs in Food (GB 31650-2019) stipulates that the maximum residue limit of enrofloxacin in Roche marsh shrimp and crucian carp is 100μg/kg
    .
    Long-term consumption of foods with excessive enrofloxacin residues has a certain impact
    on human health.

    For the unqualified products found in the above-mentioned random inspections, the Shanghai Municipal Administration for Market Regulation has requested the relevant district market supervision administration to promptly investigate and deal with the unqualified food and its producers and traders, investigate and deal with them according to law, further urge enterprises to perform their statutory obligations, and record the relevant information in the food safety credit files
    of food producers and traders.
    The investigation and handling situation shall be disclosed
    by the district market supervision administration responsible for the investigation and handling of the case in the location of the enterprise.
