Notice of Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau on the Unqualified Situation of 14 Batches of Food (Issue 27 of 2022)

Recently, the Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized sampling inspection of 923 batches of samples
of 7 types of food such as grain processing products, beverages, alcohol, sugar, canned food, confectionery products, and edible agricultural products.
According to the inspection and judgment of food safety standards, 909 batches of qualified samples and 14 batches of unqualified samples (see annex) were sampled, and microbial contamination, agricultural and veterinary drug residues, over-range use of food additives and other index problems were detected
.
The specific circumstances are hereby notified as follows:

 

First, the problem of microbial pollution

 

(1) The QianqiuGu packaged drinking water produced by the Hengkeng Natural Water Purification Plant of Guangzhou Shuibibao Beverage & Food Co.
, Ltd.
, pseudomonas aeruginosa does not meet the provisions of national food safety standards
.

 

(2) Shuqing Kangquan packaged drinking water produced by Guangzhou Zerun Bottled Water Co.
, Ltd.
, Pseudomonas aeruginosa does not meet the provisions of national food safety standards
.

 

(3) The Hengjiang packaged drinking water sold by the Lishui Xiaozhuang Bottled Water Store in Nanhai District, Foshan City, which is nominally produced by the Tianhe Gangjiang Beverage Factory in Guangzhou, does not meet the provisions of the national standards for
food safety.

 

(4) The packaged drinking water produced by the nominal Foshan Bizhiyuan Drinking Water Co.
, Ltd.
sold by the Brown peak food store in Nanhai District, Foshan City, pseudomonas aeruginosa does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards
.

 

(5) The goat city packaged drinking water and Hengluyuan packaged drinking water produced by Guangzhou Zhongcheng Kangyi Beverage Co.
, Ltd.
sold by the Lishui Goat City Bottled Water Store in Nanhai District, Foshan City, and pseudomonas aeruginosa do not meet the national standards for
food safety.

 

Second, the problem of agricultural and veterinary drug residues

 

(1) The California perch, enrofloxacin and sulfonamides (total) sold by the Star City Store of Changdachang Super Shopping Plaza Co.

(2) The yellow croaker and enrofloxacin sold by Guangdong Xingangfeng Trading Co.

(3) The carob (vegetables) sold by Huizhou Yicuilai Food Distribution Co.
, Ltd.
and the fly-killing amine do not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards

(4) Celery (celery) sold at Zhujiang Tianhui Department Store in Nansha District, Guangzhou City, does not meet the national standards for
food safety.

 

Third, the problem of over-range use of food additives

 

The ramen made and sold at Yufang Noodle Shop in Lechang City, Shaoguan City, dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of dehydroacetic acid) do not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards
.

 

Fourth, other indicator issues

 

(1) The alcohol content of the red rice wine sold by the Acura Tang Group Department Store in Gaoming District, Foshan City, which is nominally produced by Xiqiao Qiao Fa Distillery in Nanhai District, Foshan City, does not meet the requirements of
product label labeling.

 

(2) The monocrystalline rock sugar produced by Guangdong Weiqiao Food Industry Co.
, Ltd.
, which is sold at Jinlongchengye Department Store in Longgang District, Shenzhen, does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards
.

 

(3) The acid price of black sesame seeds sold at Zhujiang Tianhui Department Store in Nansha District, Guangzhou City (in terms of fat) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards
.

 

The Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau has required the market supervision department of the jurisdiction to investigate and deal with unqualified food and its producers and operators in a timely manner, order enterprises to find out the flow of products, take measures such as removing shelves and recalling unqualified products to control risks, and analyze the reasons for rectification; At the same time, the market supervision department of the jurisdiction is required to record the relevant situation in the food safety credit file of the production operator, and disclose the relevant information on the website of the regulatory department in accordance with the regulations
