Notice of Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau on the Unqualified Sampling Inspection of 28 Batches of Food (Issue 34 of 2022)

Recently, the Market Supervision Bureau of Guizhou Province organized food safety supervision and random inspection, and took 1,000 batches of samples of 22 categories of food, such as biscuits, catering food, tea and related products, fried food and nut products, egg products, starch and starch products, condiments, soy products, convenience foods, bee products, pastries, alcohol, processed grain products, meat products, dairy products, sugar, edible agricultural products, edible oil, grease and their products, vegetable products, potatoes and puffed foods, confectionery products and beverages, and detected catering food, 28 batches of samples in 8 categories of food, including tea and related products, soy products, wine, meat products, edible agricultural products, edible oil, fats and their products, potatoes and puffed foods, were unqualified
.
The unqualified items involved total number of colonies, coliform, imidacloprid, chlorpyrifos, fipronil, clothianidin, thiamethoxam, enrofloxacin, cadmium (in Cd), cyclamate (in terms of cyclohexyl sulfamic acid), anionic synthetic detergent (in terms of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate), acid value (in terms of fat), protein, etc
.

For unqualified food found in random inspection, the Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the local market supervision department to immediately organize verification and disposal, find out the flow of products, and urge enterprises to take measures to control risks, such as removing from shelves and recalling substandard products; Violations of laws and regulations shall be dealt with in a timely manner in accordance with law; At the same time, the risk prevention and control measures and verification and disposal measures taken will be disclosed to the public and reported
to the provincial bureau.
