Recently, the Market Supervision Bureau of Guizhou Province organized food safety supervision and random inspection, sampling 835 batches of samples of 21 major categories of food, including biscuits, catering foods, tea and related products, starch and starch products, condiments, soy products, convenience foods, pastries, canned food, alcohol, grain processing products, meat products, dairy products, sugar, edible agricultural products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, vegetable products, potatoes and puffed foods, candy products, beverages and health foods, etc.
, and detected 835 batches of samples of catering foods, pastries, edible agricultural products, vegetable products, 26 batches of samples in 6 major categories of food such as potatoes, puffed food and beverages were unqualified

The unqualified items involved the total number of colonies, coliform, chlorpyrifos, enrofloxacin, lead (in Pb), residual amount of aluminum (dry sample, in Al), sodium saccharin (in terms of saccharin), dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of dehydroacetic acid), anionic synthetic detergent (in terms of sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate), etc

For the unqualified food found by random inspection, the Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the local market supervision department to immediately organize verification and disposal, find out the flow of products, and urge enterprises to take measures such as removing and recalling unqualified products to control risks; Violations of laws and regulations shall be dealt with in a timely manner in accordance with law; At the same time, the risk prevention and control measures and verification and disposal measures taken will be disclosed to the public and reported
to the provincial bureau.
