Recently, the Hainan Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized sampling inspections of edible agricultural products, catering foods, grain processing products, health foods, frozen drinks, egg products, pastries, sugar 8 categories of food a total of 490 batches, of which 478 batches of qualified samples, 12 batches of unqualified samples (see the annex for testing items).
The problems found mainly include microbial contamination, agricultural and veterinary drug residues exceeding the standard, quality indicators not meeting the standard, and food additives exceeding the scope of use

For the unqualified products found in the sampling inspection, the local market supervision department has taken measures to investigate and deal with them according to law, and ordered the operators of the centralized trading market for edible agricultural products to find out the purchase channels, places of origin and other information and report to the relevant departments, food production enterprises to find out the flow of products, recall unqualified products, analyze the reasons for rectification, edible agricultural product sellers immediately take measures to stop sales of unqualified products, and food business links to immediately take measures such as removing shelves to prevent and control risks
.
The risk prevention and control measures of unqualified products and the results of verification and disposal will be announced
on the website of the relevant city and county market supervision department.

The specific situation of sampling unqualified food is hereby notified as follows:

First, the problem of microbial pollution

(1) Salmon sashimi sold at The Fresh Road Restaurant in Zhucun, Jiyang, Sanya, the total number of colonies and coliform bacteria in the inspection project do not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards
