Recently, the Hunan Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized food safety sampling inspections on 461 batches of samples of 24 major categories of food, such as grain processing products, condiments, meat products, dairy products, beverages, convenience foods, canned foods, frozen drinks, quick-frozen foods, confectionery products, tea and related products, alcohol, vegetable products, fruit products, fried food and nut products, sugar, aquatic products, starch and starch products, pastries, soy products, catering food, food additives, edible agricultural products and edible oils, oils and fats and their products According to the inspection and judgment of food-related standards, 450 batches of samples were qualified for sampling inspection and 11 batches of samples were unqualified

of the national food safety standards.

(10) The ginger and lead (in Pb) items purchased by the old rice shop in Tianxin District, Changsha City do not meet the provisions
of the national food safety standards.

For the unqualified food found in the sampling inspection, the market supervision departments of Loudi, Zhuzhou, Yongzhou, Xiangxizhou, Yiyang, Hengyang, Shaoyang, Changsha and other places have organized verification and disposal, urging food producers and traders to take measures such as removing shelves, sealing, and recalling unqualified products to control risks, and strictly handling violations of laws and regulations in accordance with law; Relevant market supervision and management departments should promptly supervise and urge the risk prevention and control measures adopted by relevant food producers and traders and the verification and disposal situation to be disclosed to the public
