    Luzhou Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized food safety supervision and random inspection, and after inspection by Luzhou Market Inspection and Testing Center and Sichuan State Inspection and Testing Co.
    , Ltd.
    , 1011 batches of products in 25 food categories such as alcohol, sugar, grain processed products, and vegetable products were sampled, and 47 batches of samples were found to be unqualified
    .
    The main problems found are the over-range and over-limit use of food additives, veterinary drug residues, heavy metal contamination and substandard quality indicators
    .
     
    For the products that fail this random inspection, the market supervision department within the jurisdiction of our city has taken administrative control measures to prevent unqualified products from further entering the market, urge food production and operation to find out the flow of products, and take measures such as removing and recalling unqualified products to control risks; Violations of laws and regulations shall be dealt with in accordance with
    law.
     
    The specific situation of unqualified food is hereby notified as follows:
     
    First, food additives are used beyond the scope and limit
     
    (1) The "local sorghum liquor 15 yuan" sold by the wind vane supermarket in Longmatan District, Luzhou City, cyclamate (in terms of cyclohexyl sulfamic acid) does not meet the provisions of the
    national food safety standards.

    (2) The sulfur dioxide residues of 17 batches of products sold by 14 food stores, including Hongping Local Products Store in Xuyong County, Masanlian Oil Store in Xuyong County, and Chen Ji Food Store in Yulu Street, Lu County, did not meet the provisions of
    the national food safety standards.

    (3) Of the 7 batches of products sold by four food stores, including Gui Bun Noodle Shop in Longmatan District, Luzhou City, and Huang Chaofang Food Store in Xuyong County, sodium saccharin (in terms of saccharin) did not meet the provisions of the
    national food safety standards.

    (4) The residual amount of aluminum (dry sample, in Al) of the "fried noodle products" sold by Jia Ruying Restaurant in Hejiang County, does not meet the provisions
    of the national food safety standards.

    2.
    Veterinary drug residues
     
    (1) Enrofloxacin does not meet the provisions of
    the national food safety standards for the "bullfrog (other aquatic products)" sold by Lukuan Restaurant in Naxi District, Luzhou City.

    Third, the quality indicators are not up to standard
     
    (1) Four batches of products sold by four food companies, including Li Junbo Food Store in Tai'an Town, Jiangyang District, Luzhou City, and Yangjiuhao Yijia Supermarket in Zhaoya Town, Lu County, did not meet the explicit standards and quality requirements
    of the products.

    (2) 15 batches of products sold by 12 food stores, including Luosan local product store in Xuyong County, Wang Bangwen food store in Hejiang, and Wang Shihua food store in Naxi District, Luzhou City, did not meet the explicit standards and quality requirements
    of the products.

    4.
    Heavy metal pollution
     
    The lead (in Pb) of "old ginger" sold by Yangsan Food Business Department of Hejiang County does not meet the provisions of
    the national food safety standards.

    V.
    Interpretation of some unqualified items
     
    (1) Sodium saccharin (in terms of saccharin)
     
    Sodium saccharin is a commonly used synthetic sweetener
    in the food industry.
    The National Food Safety Standard Food Additive Use Standard (GB 2760-2014) stipulates that sodium
    saccharin shall not be used in solid beverages.
    Sodium saccharin has no nutritional value to the human body, and eating more sodium saccharin will affect the normal secretion of gastrointestinal digestive enzymes, reduce the absorption capacity of the small intestine, and reduce appetite
    .
    The reason for excessive sodium saccharin in solid beverages may be that the company uses the sweetener beyond the limit or inaccurately measures the sweetener
    in order to increase the sweetness of the product.

    When choosing to buy food or food raw materials with normal senses, it is especially necessary to observe whether it is fresh, whether it is within the shelf life, whether the packaging is intact, and whether there is bulging (swollen bag, fat hearing) and other phenomena
    .
    When dining out, you should choose a fully licensed food business and ask for a formal invoice or receipt, and choose a "smiley" meal with a quantitative grade B or above
    .
