Eating blueberries (BB) can improve the health of the body.
In this trial, researchers tested the effect of consuming 38 grams of freeze-dried BB powder daily for 6 weeks on the fecal microbiota of 17 women in two age groups (ie, young and old).
In general, the results of these test data show that the intake of BB will change the body's intestinal microbiota composition, and is beneficial to the health of the body.
