signs are important biomarkers of schizophrenia. Traditionally, neurosoppyms are considered to be abnormal manifestations of a group of mild neurological abnormalities, mainly reflected in the defects of motor coordination, sensory integration and inhibition function, but the defects in their behavior level lack corresponding brain region positioning. Studies have shown that defects in neurosoppytic signs are closely related to specific networks of brain functions. In the past, however, previous studies have focused only on the mechanism of brain function connectivity, which is not due to the coordination of neurom software signs. There has been research evidence that the small brain is an important node of multi-functional networks, and the abnormality of these functional networks will further cause cognitive and sensory processing deficiencies in patients with schizophrenia. However, few studies have further explored the relationship between brain-brain functional connectivity and sensory integration deficiencies in patients with schizophrenia.

Institute of Psychology Mental Health Key Laboratory Researcher Chen Chu overseas led a team of neuropsychology and applied cognitive neuroscience (NACN) in the early study found that schizophrenia patients and their unilever siblings in sensory integration processing there is a lack of activation of the brain, and the cer cerebral activation is significantly inheritable. Based on the existing research results, Chen Chu overseas Chinese team recently carried out research to further explore the relationship between neurosophageal signs and the function of the small brain-brain resting state in 51 patients with schizophrenia and 50 healthy controls.
study found that the functional connection between the epilepsy and the lower and lower front lobes of schizophrenia was significantly positively corred with neurosophageal defects, and the functional connection between the small brain and the lower temporal back was significantly negatively corred with neurosophageal defects. The functional connection between the cer cerebrocephalus-prelepsia, which is significantly related to neurosoppletic signs, was further found to be significantly positively related to negative symptoms in patients. In addition, the researchers repeated similar findings in a separate sample that included 34 pairs of schizophrenic patients and healthy controls.
The study found that the neural brain and its abnormal functional connections to the brain play an important role in neurosympathic signs and negative symptoms in people with schizophrenia, suggesting that abnormal cer cerebral-brain functional connections may be a potential neural mechanism for sharing neurosophageal signs and negative symptoms in patients with schizophrenia. At the same time, inheritable brain activation under sensory integration processing may also be a potential endomorphic form of schizophrenia.
results were published online online in Schizophrenia Bulletin.
