    The interaction of transcription factors (TFs) with DNA is fundamental to gene regulation, and different cell types are defined by unique TF binding profiles


    cfDNA has the potential to map tumor epigenomes in real time and therefore can help reveal the regulation


    Recently, a research team from the University of Colorado in the United States mapped the TF binding map of individual binding sites in plasma cfDNA, defining cfDNA characteristics
