In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law 　　of the People's Republic of China and its implementation regulations, as well as the food safety supervision and sampling inspection plan of Shandong Province, in order to further ensure food safety , the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has issued a , instant food , alcoholic beverages , processed grain products, meat products , dairy products , sugar , edible agricultural products , edible oils , oils and fats and their products, aquatic products, quick-frozen foods , condiments and beverages , a total of 850 batches of samples in 16 categories were tested.
20 batches of samples of five categories of food, including catering food, sugar, edible agricultural products, aquatic products, and beverages, were found to be unqualified.
Excessive pesticide residues, microbial contamination, excessive use of food additives, substandard quality indicators, and biological Toxins, heavy metal pollution, other pollutants exceeding the standard, etc. .
