    Our bureau has carried out food safety sampling inspections with this work objective.
    The recent sampling inspections are now reported as follows:

    A total of 1862 batches of food were notified this time, involving 938 business entities, a total of 3879 food indicators were tested, and 3 batches of unqualified samples were found.
    The unqualified food category involved 1 batch of sugar, 1 batch of edible agricultural products, and 1 batch of special dietary food.
    The category of unqualified items involved pesticide residues and quality indicators.

    A total of 38 batches of starch and starch products were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

    A total of 3 batches of soy products were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

    A total of 1617 batches of processed grain products were randomly inspected, and no unqualified samples were detected.

    A total of 35 batches of vegetable products were randomly inspected, and no unqualified samples were detected.

    A total of 1 batch of aquatic products was sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

    The unqualified item was vitamin D.

      For the unqualified products in this random inspection, our bureau requires the market supervision departments of all jurisdictions to investigate and deal with the unqualified products and their producers and operators in a timely manner, investigate and deal with them in accordance with the law, and further urge enterprises to perform their legal obligations.
     
      Four, food safety consumption tips
     
      The Shenzhen Municipal Administration of Market Supervision reminds you that when purchasing foodstuffs such as grain, oil, and non-staple food in school cafeterias, you should pay attention to designated purchases, and resolutely put an end to purchasing from unlicensed mobile vendors.
    The designated purchasing unit shall have all the certificates and licenses in accordance with the regulations to ensure the traceability of the raw and auxiliary materials purchased.
    The purchased raw and auxiliary materials shall be checked and accepted before being put into storage, and counterfeit, inferior, corrupt, and expired food and agricultural products shall be rejected.
    Purchasing on demand to avoid corruption and deterioration due to excessive purchases and long storage time.
    Samples of food for each meal should be kept for inspection.
