3.1 epoxy coating system the performance of various fluidizers in solvent-based epoxy coatings is basically in line with expectations, as follows. In the epoxy coating system, the test results of Stomer viscosity of the coating after adding each fluidizer are shown in Figure 3, the Stomer viscosity of the system after adding different fluidizers has a gap of about 20 KU, relative to organic bentone 1 etc., the coating formulation with polyamide wax 2 as a fluidizer has a viscosity of more than 120 KU, which has the most significant effect on increasing the surface viscosity of the coating. At the same time, the measurement results of Brookfield viscosity meter show that the addition of powdered polyamide wax 2 can significantly improve the coating TI value, measuring TI value of about 65 (see Figure 4).As shown in Figure 5, the thickness of the hanging boundary dry film of epoxy coatings with bentonish 3, active calcium 1 and ethylene wax 1 additives is about 180 m, indicating that the anti-flow hanging performance of these additives is better. As can be known from Figure 6, surface-modified calcium carbonate contributes less to the anti-sinking of coatings.. 3.2 Polyurethane coating systemafter each fluidizer is applied to the polyurethane coating system, the viscosity TI value of the coating, the thickness of the dry film of the flow boundary and the sedation performance were tested.
7 shows that for solvent-based polyurethane systems, the addition of organic benthic soil fluidizers can best increase the viscosity of the system.can be seen from Figure 8, polyamide wax and modified pyrides contribute more to the TI value of solvent-based polyurethane coatings, and the TEST TI value is more than 10. Figure 9 shows that for polyurethane coating systems, after adding polyamide wax and modified pyrethroids, the anti-flow performance of the coating is the best. As can be seen from Figure 10, the addition of most fluidizers can improve the anti-sinking of coatings, while organic bentographic soil contributes less to anti-sinking.. In addition, after storing 20 d and 60 d, the samples of various fluidizers were measured, and the results of Figure 11 showed that most additives had little effect on the gloss of polyurethane coatings, but surface-modified calcium carbonate and gas-phase silicon dioxide reduced the gloss of the coating film.4 ConclusionGenerally speaking, adding a fluidizer to a solvent-based coating can make the coating have a high viscosity during storage, thus preventing the deposition and separation of the coating, improving storage stability, and showing good state in the container. In the process of coating construction, the coating has a suitable viscosity, can ensure that the coating film has a good fullness and fluidity, thereby improving the construction of the coating, after coating, the paint's tenacity is greater, can make the coating in order to ensure the smoothness of the coating film at the same time can prevent hanging, improve the construction effect. In the epoxy coating system, fluidizing additive organic bentonish soil, powder polyamide wax, polyethylene wax and active calcium have a good effect on the viscosity, anti-flow, anti-sinking and tenacity of the coating. In the polyurethane system, the fluidized additive organic bentonish soil, polyamide wax, modified pyrethroid solution has a better effect on the viscosity of the coating, anti-flow hanging, organic bentonish soil has a small contribution to anti-sinking, surface modified calcium carbonate and gas phase silicon dioxide will reduce the gloss of the coating film, and various anti-flowing agents have little effect on the tentacles of the polyurethane system.
