The Administrative Measures for Food Safety Sampling and Inspection have been revised
On September 29, 2022, Order No.
61 of the State Administration for Market Regulation was promulgated, and the State Administration for Market Regulation decided to repeal 6 departmental regulations and amend
some provisions of 13 departmental regulations.
The decision will take effect from
1 November 2022.
Among them, the Measures for the Administration of Food Safety Sampling Inspection (promulgated by Order No.
15 of the State Administration for Market Supervision and Administration on August 8, 2019) The content of the amendment is: (1) The first paragraph of Article 25 is amended to read: "If the inspection conclusion of food safety supervision and sampling is qualified, the inspection institution shall properly keep the re-inspection backup sample
within 3 months from the date of the inspection conclusion.
" If the remaining shelf life of the re-inspection backup sample is less than 3 months, it shall be stored until the end
of the shelf life.
Qualified backup samples can be reasonably reused, and meet the requirements of market supervision and management departments at or above the provincial level, may not be subject to the above storage time restrictions
.
(2) The "Food Safety Sampling and Inspection Information System" in Article 27 is amended to "National Food Safety Sampling and Inspection Information System"
.

4 [2003] of the Ministry of Commerce and the National Development and Reform Commission (Interim Measures for the Administration of Import Tariff Quotas for Agricultural Products), the Ministry of Commerce has formulated the application and allocation rules
for the import tariff quota of sugar in 2023.
The total import tariff quota for sugar in 2023 is 1.
945 million tons, of which 70% is the state-run trade tariff quota
.
Enterprises can choose to apply: (1) State trade tariff quotas; (2) Tariff quotas for non-state trade; (3) Tariff Quotas for State-Owned Trade and Tariff Quotas
for Non-State Trade.
