Production Method
Disperse deionized water, additives, pigments and fillers, heat insulation materials (or reflective materials) at high speed, then grind the slurry, and then add water emulsion type synthetic polymer emulsion, thickener, leveling agent, and mix well After filtering and testing, the primer (or topcoat) of the water-based heat-insulating reflective coating is obtained.
Precautions
The range of the mass ratio of each component of the water-based heat-insulating reflective coating formulation is as follows.
- The range of primer components and mass ratios is : water-emulsion synthetic polymer emulsion 30-40, deionized water 15-30, thermal insulation material 10-30, pigments and fillers 5-20, and additives 5-10.
- The composition and mass ratio of the topcoat range are : water emulsion type synthetic polymer emulsion 30~45, deionized water 15~30, reflective material 20~35, pigments and fillers 10~20, additives 4~10.
