Objective:

To investigate the relevant phenotype and mechanism of zinc finger protein 750 in regulating the expression of long-chain non-coding RNA CYTOR and thus influencing the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer and its potential clinical significance

Innovation:

Focus on the pro-cancer mechanism of zinc finger protein 750 in colon adenocarcinoma, and study

Method:

At the molecular level, the expression of ZNF750 and CYTOR in colon adenocarcinoma cell lines was analyzed by western blotting, chromatin immunoprecipitation-quantitative polymerase chain reaction (ChIP-qPCR), transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq), reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR).

Conclusion:

Zinc finger protein 750 positively regulates CYTOR expression, and zinc finger protein 750-CYTOR promotes malignant phenotype
