Yunnan Provincial Market Supervision Administration on the three batches of food non-conformity notice No. 24 of 2019

Recently, The Yunnan Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau completed 150 batches of food safety supervision and sampling tasks of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration, involving fruit products, sugar, egg products, cocoa and roasted coffee products and other 4 categories of products, sampling items including food additives, agricultural and veterinary drug residues, heavy metal pollution, microbial pollution and other indicators.
Among them, 147 batches of qualified samples, 3 batches of non-conforming samples (see annex), the specific situation is announced as follows: First, Chu North American Lian Tesco Trading Co., Ltd. sales, the label Kunming Connelly Food Co., Ltd. produced the holy fruit, sulfur dioxide residue exceeded the standard.

For non-conforming products found in the sampling, the Yunnan Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Administration will order the regulatory authorities of the places where the enterprises are located to take timely measures such as off-the-shelf and recall measures in accordance with the provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, to further investigate and deal with them, to identify the batch, quantity and cause of the production of unqualified products, and to formulate corrective measures.
